- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role at Front Desk within a hotel/resort
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills

- Experience in applying a range of service recovery strategies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
- Flexibility to work various shifts , including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Previous experience with Room Master or a hotel PMS system with a competent level of proficiency in MS-Word and Excel
- Adapts well to island work-life and eager to develop a career with us
