Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role at Front Desk within a hotel/resort
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to lead, train and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in applying a range of service recovery strategies
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in applying a range of service recovery strategies
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
  • Flexibility to work various shifts , including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Previous experience with Room Master or  a hotel PMS system with a competent level of proficiency in MS-Word and Excel
  • Adapts well to island work-life and eager to develop a career with us
