In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can stay positive when facing difficult situations. You should also be reliable and Your goal will be to ensure our guests enjoy themselves and plan to come back to our resort.
Qualifications & Experience:
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow: Successfully completed year 12 or 2 years experience in similar role
Previous experience in a similar role in a hospitality industry will be an added advantage Good and accurate typing skills and excellent telephone etiquette
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent Knowledge and understanding of the Opera System. High knowledge level of Micro-Soft – Word
