Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a passion for the beauty of Fiji’s stunning landscapes and pristine waters? Captain Cook Cruises Fiji is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Group Sales Executive. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for driving group sales and forging strong relationships with clients seeking unforgettable cruising experiences in the heart of the South Pacific.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Group Sales Management:
  • Proactively identify and target potential group clients, including corporate events, conferences, weddings, and travel agencies.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed group sales targets.

Client Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide personalized assistance and consultation to clients, ensuring their specific needs and preferences are met.

Product Knowledge:

  • Thoroughly understand and articulate the features and benefits of Captain Cook Cruises Fiji’s offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products in the market.

Proposal Development:

  • Prepare detailed and compelling proposals tailored to the unique requirements of each group client.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of events and activities.

Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Manager on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the Fiji tourism industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, Valid Fiji driver’s license required.
