This position reports to the Manager Financial Inclusion and Market Conduct in the Financial System Development Group. The successful candidate will assist in financial sector development and financial inclusion research, policy development and implementation, monitoring of the National Financial Inclusion Strategy (NFIS) work plan and indicators and collecting, analysing and presentation of financial services data. The role includes preparing papers and reports, undertaking research and policy development, database management, monitoring of NFIS areas of responsibility and secretariat roles in the National Financial Inclusion Taskforce (NFIT) working groups, internal and external presentations and engagements and conducting financial literacy awareness.
