The Turama Pacific Travel Group in Rarotonga has vacancies for the following staff. Salary will be commensurate with experience and a Housing allowance would be offered along with Travel to and from the Cook Islands and all costs for medical and immigration processes.
General Manager – Finance
This role requires a qualified professional who can manage our accounting processes in the Cook Islands and Samoa. We are currently transitioning to the XERO accounting platform from QuickBooks and Evo Suite. Our reservations system runs on TOURPLAN and the incumbent will export from this system to XERO.
We seek a qualified management accountant who can manage our budgets and daily, monthly, accounting VAT returns, Wages, licencing and across company financials. Other HR duties may also be required.
We required a certified management accountant who can manage our budgets, audits and prepare, reconcile, report and file daily to yearly accounting duties from Vat returns, PAYE, wages, superannuation, bank accounts, Credit cards, work permits, company returns, licencing and other financial reports needed by Management that will facilitate the achievement of the organizations business strategies. In addition is required to manage, develop, draft, recommend and implement approved financial functional guidelines and manual for the Company’s divisions, namely Island Hopper Vacations Cook Islands, Island Hopper Vacations Samoa and Raro Tours. Other HR duties may also be required.
