Key attributes of the successful candidate will include:
- Preferably 5 years of experience in a similar-sized Hotel/Resort with a tertiary qualification will be highly regarded
- Strong understanding of hotel operations.sound Food & Beverage knowledge. combined with excellent proven, verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to lead a small team, empowers and delegates with accountability in driving a high performing culture.
- Bespoke, personal customer service experience would be highly advantageous
- Fosters excellent work relationships and champions a culture of change
