FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANT
The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for delivering personalised and high standards of food and beverage service to all premium guests in the Lounge, with an emphasis on increasing brand value at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicates and works with team members assigned to different areas of the lounge to ensure seamless integration of duties and functions.

Assist guests with dietary requirements or restrictions such as gluten Free, Lactose intolerance etc
-
Practice Safe Food handling procedures.

Take Food and Beverage orders and execute service in line with Fiji Airways Standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
-
Must have a relevant qualification in Food and Beverage
-
Must have a years’ experience in a food and beverage service role
-
Having Barista skills would be an advantage
-
To have completed First Aid training would be an advantage
-
Must be able to communicate effectively
-
Must have general knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails
-
Must be able to work flexible hours / days
-
Must be able to adhere to Fiji Airways uniform and grooming standards
