The Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa - Denarau is seeking an innovative and passionate Executive Chef to lead the culinary team and elevate dining experiences across the property's multiple renowned outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and manage a diverse team of chefs and kitchen staff
- Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect global trends and local flavours
- Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency across all outlets
- Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory, cost control, manning, and HACCP compliance
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences for events and functions
- Champion sustainability and locally sourced ingredients
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum diploma or equivalent in Cookery
- 10-15 years as Head of Kitchen in a 4 / 5-star category hotel or individual restaurants with high standards.
- At least up to 8 years of experience as an Executive Chef.
- Up to date with sanitation classes.
- Possess a valid health certificate.
- Good command in English, both verbal and written to meet business needs.
- Work experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
