We are looking for an Executive Chef available for an immediate start!
As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the management of the kitchen team to ensure food preparation, production, implementation of menus is maintained at the highest standards and maximise Food and Beverage profitability within budgeted guidelines.
To be successful you will need:
- Held Head Chef/ Sous Chef role prior.
- Demonstrated performance in a hotel or resort environment, preferably in a complex property with multiple restaurants, bars, and events department.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of staff.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated performance leading a successful team.
- A working knowledge and understanding of HACCP procedures.
- Rostering, ordering & payroll knowledge will be highly regarded.
