What is the job?

At the moment we are looking for a Director Dining & Entertainment to join our enthusiastic Team.

Overseeing multiple Food & Beverage outlets in the Resort, you’ll report directly to the Resort Manager and manage the functioning of all Food and Beverage employees, facilities, sales and costs to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and company standards of excellence are achieved.

You’ll be responsible for the management and achievement of profit for all food and beverage operations in the Resort including restaurants, bars, catering and banquet operations.  Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.

What do we need from you?

  • Ideally, you’ll have advanced training in food and beverage operations plus 5 years management experience preferably in a facility of similar size and complexity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field is preferred.
  • International working experience in a 4-5 star hotel would be an added advantage.
