Job Overview
Tourism Fiji is seeking an experienced and qualified Digital Marketing Manager based in Fiji to oversee global digital marketing, website management, and digital development.
The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Digital and be located in Nadi. The successful candidate will have a complete understanding of digital marketing, mar-tech, and conversion optimization, as well as considerable experience in managing and optimizing commercially-focused websites and driving traffic to websites using paid, owned, and earned channels.
The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the Head of Digital to achieve key metrics such as growth in site visits, new users, and leads to operators at a top level, with further key metrics reported weekly, including ROI, CTR, positions on SERPs, keyword relevance, conversion optimization, and SEO/SEM. Expert knowledge in on and off-page factors, and of Google tools is a requirement for this role, coupled with the ability to direct digital development to achieve goals and continual innovation in Tourism Fiji’s web and social presence.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in analytics and report generation to translate digital metrics to key executives.
