Digital Marketing Coordinator

Fiji Airways is looking to recruit an experienced individual for the role of Digital Marketing Coordinator. The successful candidate will drive digital marketing activities that contribute to the Internet Booking Engine (IBE) sales annually. This role is key to raising awareness through various digital platforms and is responsible for executing Always-On Brand and Tactical campaigns.

Reporting to the Manager Digital Marketing, this role will also maintain strong relationships with the industry leading advertising platforms and media partners.


      The key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Executes the digital strategy set out by the Manager Digital Marketing and the Executive Manager Global Sales & Marketing.
  •  Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Keep updated with latest technology and best practices to manage all Fiji Airways (FJ) various digital marketing channels.
  • Help and manage growth of digital and ecommerce channels.
  • Manage, update and maintain Partner Sales fare pages using AirTRFX.
  • Ensure FJ Website style guide compliance across all new digital product design.
  • Help build and maintain a consistent User Interface and User Experience Design (UI/UX).
  • Provide an updated and accurate digital and e-commerce report.
  • Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports.
  • Contribute to the growth of BulaMail Subscribers and CRM Leads with Salesforce.
  • Measure, report and uncover insights of Campaign and Journey performances.
  • Contribute to achieving Omnichannel advertising.
  • Execute Always-On Search Advertising, Social Media Advertising and other digital advertising channel optimization to drive lower funnel marketing.
  • Oversee all digital advertising budgets.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with Tourism Fiji to drive growth.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly performance meetings with advertising partners and agencies to ensure pacing towards budgets and ROI to help win market share.


  • Minimum of a degree in the area of Digital Marketing, Tourism, Sales, Marketing or Business Management or the equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced Digital Marketing environment or e-commerce role.
  • Experience with Search ads, Display & Programmatic and SEO.
  • Experience in Website development preferred.
  • Demonstrated data, analytics & reporting skills.
  • Self – motivated, confident and a team player with the ability to work independently and deliver exceptional and timely service.
  • Strong background and knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Sound knowledge of airline products and marketing strategies.
  • Competency in MS Office package.
  • Articulate with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
