What is the job? 

We’re looking for Demi Chefs  to join our young motivated & enthusiastic Kitchen team and to produce all food items relevant to the his/her section to the highest possible quality and presentation standards.

What do we need from you

Working as part of a fantastic team, you’ll be required in the daily food preparations for ingredients and materials needed for cooking, in order to produce food of high quality according to standard recipes. You’ll maintain the general cleanliness of the kitchen and all equipment. Prepares, cooks, serves and stores the following dishes: Hot & cold meals, eggs, vegetables, fruits, rice, farinaceous dishes, poultry & game dishes, meat dishes, meat marinades, carve meats, fish & shell fish, pastry, cakes & yeast goods, desserts – hot & cold desserts, decorate portion and present, and as well as garnishing techniques & methods of service for fish.

Certification in cookery/ experience preferably in a hotel of similar size, including supervisory level, be  comfortable when handling food objects, products and utensils, physically mobile and able to carry/lift heavy equipment.
