Job Overview
Carpenters Shipping is a well-established shipping & customs agency, freight forwarding and heavy transport and logistics business. We are seeking to employ experienced and proactive individuals for the Delivery Officer position to be based in our Suva Office.
Responsibilities
- Arrange all deliveries in Transport department
- Liaise with customs & biosecurity authorities for cargo examination
- Respond promptly to enquiries from customers both internal and external
- Coordinate with relevant authorities and FPTL as and when required
Requirements
- A pass in Year 12/13 level with Accounts and computer knowledge is mandatory
- Experience in similar field will be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable and honest individual with strong work ethics and a “Can do” attitude
