Hertz Fiji is seeking to recruit professionals to fill the following vacant position: Customer Service Representative (2 Positions) (1 -Suva and 1 -Nadi).

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing pick-ups and drop off in a timely manner
  • Corresponding to all international and domestic rental hire queries via phone, emails or walk-ins
  • Attending to customers by issuing booked vehicles and raising rental agreements
  • Guiding customers to their destined hotels for first-timers in Fiji
  • Ensuring vehicles are maintained and kept clean at all times
  • Data entry for system agreements and invoices
  • Providing chauffeur services as and when required

Qualifications and Experiences

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role with strong leadership skills
  • Must have high-quality customer service knowledge with good spoken English
  • Basic computer skills
  • Minimum year 12 level education
  • Must have a full group 2 driving license with a clean record
  • Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule that can include evenings, holidays and overnight shifts.
