Job Overview
Fiji Gas is looking for an experienced Customer Relations Manager that will be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships with Sales Team. The Customer Relations Manager will be accountable for business growth through increasing sales of LPG, commercial and industrial equipment as well as building and maintaining customer relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers;
- Developing and implementing strategies for Sales Business growth;
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan covering sales, revenue and expense controls;
- Identifying potential new business opportunities and retaining current customer base;
- Negotiating customer supply contract, service agreements and equipment and maintenance plans;
- Setting individual sales targets and overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team;
- Conducting business reviews using CRM/ERP systems;
- Maintaining a close and cooperative working relationship with internal stakeholders throughout the company;
- Preparing and presenting of reports to Management on sales achievements.
REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:
- A Degree or Masters in Business Management, Sales & Marketing or other relevant discipline;
- 5 years plus experience in Business management in a large organization;
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
- Strong business sense and industry expertise;
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office;
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
