We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Contract & Inventory Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for making a positive impact and be dedicated to going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
- Administer contracts, including preparing, reviewing, and negotiating terms and conditions.
- Manage local procurement of materials and equipment.
- Assist Supervisor/Manager with international procurement, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, tracking stock levels, and ordering supplies when necessary.
- Coordinate logistics for delivery of materials and equipment to job sites.
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
- Provide timely and accurate reports as required by management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with other procurement and inventory management duties as needed.
- Diploma in Business Administration, Contract Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, and inventory management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of procurement processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Experience with international procurement and logistics preferred.
