CONSULTANT – PROJECT DESIGN ANALYSIS & WRITE UP
World Vision Papua New Guinea (WVPNG) has an exciting opportunity for those of you who want a change and want to become part of a dynamic team. We are looking for suitable, qualified, experienced, and highly motivated professionals to fill this part-time engagement based in the National Capital District, Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The purpose of this position engagement is to collate, analyze, and do a write formally approved report capturing key findings/lessons and recommendations obtained through the qualitative tools of FGD (Focus group discussion) and KIIs (Key informant interview).
DELIVERABLES / OUTPUTS
- Introduction and orientation from key officers of the organizations
- Review of the respective secondary documents and data from FGD and KIIs
- Develop the first draft of the report for review
- Revise after getting feedback from the first draft
- Finalize the final draft of the report
- Facilitate a 1-hour session to share key findings and recommendations from the report
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION/SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Master’s Degree with good analytical and report-writing skills.
- Have worked in development programming for at least 2 or more years
- Have experience in conducting qualitative or quantitative data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Can be able to work remotely most of the time
- Ability to work with different partners at the same time to achieve a common outcome
- Able to manage feedback and communication from and with different stakeholders.
- Vest with basic Microsoft application
