Compliance & Training Coordinator – FOH (Front of House)
Reporting to the Manager Ground Operations Standards, Compliance & Training, the Compliance & Training Coordinator – FOH is responsible for the process of standardization and capacity building. Works closely with Airport Management & Turn Coordinators on providing inputs for continually improving airport standards and customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop work process improvements by integrating industry standards such as ICAO, IATA, IOSA, SMS framework and ISO 9001, 31000 and 19011.

Construct time studies to measure operating processes as determined by MGOSCT in areas of precision timing for FOH (Above wing) operations such as Baggage Timings, customer processing timings.

Use qualitative and quantitative observations/data to develop information, evaluate key performance indicators to assist drive solutions to root causes, and model requirements to be used to feed Safety, Security & Training decisions. The main purpose is to plan, implement, control and improve the services that are offered.

Assist MGOSC&T and MGAE in development and execution of FOH training programs.

Produce monthly statistical reports and plan reviews on the effectiveness and adequacy of FOH operations.

Track and maintains all records pertaining to IOSA & AOC audits.

Work closely with all levels of airport personnel to explain models, provide support, evaluate changes, and achieve buy in to processes and practices.

Collaborate across work groups to ensure all changes are sustainable.

Perform gap analysis using IATA standards (ISM, IGOM) and provide the results for integration into FJ Ground Operations Manual.

Review and provide feedback of FOH operations management action plans on behalf of SAG meetings and provide feedback. Coordinate and monitor station results / findings in AQD for the various stations.

Track renewals of ground handling contracts, staff recurrency trainings and administration of Global Airport training databases.

Carry out other related functions as directed by MGOSCT/SMGAE.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Tertiary level preferably majoring in field of information system

Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with an aptitude for problem solving

Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Possess proficiency in the English language (reading / writing / speaking & listening).

Ability to work effectively, meet deadlines, and shift priorities appropriately with great attention to detail.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Team player with and attitude of demanding service excellence.

Preferably 1 year of Aviation experience or in Hospitality industry

Training and/or Teaching
-
Experience in supervisory role with a demonstrated ability to lead and direct a Team to achieve organizational objectives.
