What’s on the agenda for your next career move? As our new Cluster Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the implementation and performance of the distribution channel strategy, aligned to the hotel brand, loyalty brand and venue marketing strategies, in order to achieve low-cost book direct revenue, market share growth and brand preference.
The role drives channel performance via the management of social media best practices, consulting on optimized hotel marketing content, and ensures integrated use of new and existing IHG tools, platforms and systems.
Your day to day
- Assists in the annual marketing strategy and budget process, consulting to ensure channel optimization for direct revenue, resource allocation, risk identification and new business opportunities.
- Ensure all marketing content produced by the marketing team (imagery, messaging and language) is up to date and brand compliant.
- Optimize distribution channels to drive direct channel revenue on Hotel Content Manager (HCM) and consistently across all channels and partner websites (e.g. Expedia, Booking.com, Agoda).
- Strengthen customer relationships through Social and Earned Media, monitoring both hotel, venue and competitors’ presence on social media for performance enhancement.
- Consistently educates all hotel colleagues (sales, marketing, revenue and F&B teams, including the General Manager), on channel and digital marketing for buy in so that competitive advantage is created.
- Protects and promotes brand image and reputation online and uses the brand proposition to differentiate, to promote awareness and improve relationships which will drive business.
- Is the custodian of the customer experience across the distribution channels ensuring the hotel and outlet value propositions and communication of them are consistent and effective throughout each channel, for all customer types.
We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team members who knows how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations & provide a high-level of service excellence to our resort guests. The ideal candidate will have:
- Ideally, you’ll have a minimum 3 years of previous experience in a similar Digital Marketing role. You are looking for the next challenge in your career and are interested in working across multiple hotels for a global hospitality company.
- You’ll have demonstrated experience in online marketing, social media management and are aware of new technology trends in the travel industry.
- Flexibility in terms of working shifts, weekends and public holidays where necessary.
