Job Overview
  • Advanced Cookery Certification is an advantage or extensive experience in a hotel/resort as a Commis / Demi Chef.
  • Food Safety/Good Hygiene Practice Certification is essential.
  • Responsible to supervise and oversee outlet operations as assigned by kitchen management in accordance with food quality standards.
  • Hands-on with key focus also on stock and cost control, task scheduling, and ensuring food safety & hygiene is maintained at all times.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage, lead and train a small team of junior chefs.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
  • Adapts well to island work-life and eager to develop a career with us.
