Job Overview
- Advanced Cookery Certification is an advantage or extensive experience in a hotel/resort as a Commis / Demi Chef.
- Food Safety/Good Hygiene Practice Certification is essential.
- Responsible to supervise and oversee outlet operations as assigned by kitchen management in accordance with food quality standards.
- Hands-on with key focus also on stock and cost control, task scheduling, and ensuring food safety & hygiene is maintained at all times.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage, lead and train a small team of junior chefs.
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
