About the business and the role
The CEO will be responsible for the management, growth and development of our three iconic beach resorts in the Cook Islands in the South Pacific;
Job tasks and responsibilities
The CEO will be responsible for all aspects of the management and leadership of the 3 beach resorts and ancillary businesses such as spa, gift shop, tour desk including sales and marketing, operational management, property and facilities management, financial management, human resources management, et cetera.
Skills and experience
The CEO will require the full range of hotel management skills and experience in all functional areas in a previous role of a similar level preferably in the South Pacific. Relevant formal qualifications in hospitality management an advantage. Personal qualities of outstanding communication and leadership, compelling sales and marketing ability, astute business and financial management, and above all an ability to lead the team to get the very best out of them and deliver an international standard of guest service and profitability.
