Carpenters Motors, a division of Carpenters Fiji Pte Limited and a recognized leader in the Motoring Industry in Fiji, is seeking applications from interested candidates for the role of Tyre Fitter to be based at our Carpenters Motors – Tyre Centre in Walubay. Responsibilities:
- Repairing, replacing and fitting vehicle tires and truck tires
- Performing seasonal tyre changeovers
- Performing tyre diagnostics (e.g. checking tyre condition, pressure and tread depth)
- Checking and adjusting wheel balance and rotation
- Inflating vehicle tyres
- Helping customers to choose products that meet their requirements
- Ensure standard safety measures are practiced at all times while operating tyre fitting
Requirements:
- At least minimum of 1 year of experience in the field
- Basic knowledge and understanding of customer service and needs
- Time management and planning skills
- Problems-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
