Carpenters Motors, a division of Carpenters Fiji Pte Limited and a recognized leader in the Motoring Industry in Fiji, is seeking applications from interested candidates for the CREDIT OFFICER position to be based in our Suva branch. Key Responsibilities:
- Issue Statement and Invoices to customers.
- Payment follow-up from customers.
- Attending to customer queries on payments.
- Allocation of payments as per remittance from customer.
- Receipting of online payments to customers account.
- Collection of payments from customers.
- Maintaining records of Contra/Exchange accounts.
- Assisting in preparation of Debtors reports.
- Carry out assessments and credit checks for new account applications.
- Special account request assessment.
- Prepare Daily collection report.
- Other duties assigned by the Financial Controller.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 1-2 years work experience in the similar position
- Team player with good personal presentation
- Energetic and self-motivated, good communication skills, computer literate.
