Carpenters Motors, a division of Carpenters Fiji Pte Limited and a recognized leader in the Motoring Industry in Fiji, is seeking applications from interested candidates for the role of Logistics Officer to be based at Lubricants Suva. Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage inventory ordering from supply sources
- Manage inventory replenishment
- Product costing
- Ensure product cost and other import details into Titan system
- Responsible for tracking, receiving and stocking all items ordered
- Stock control (issue stock, recording etc)
- Conduct daily operations of the Lubs Warehouse
- Monitor and maintain the warehouse expenditure budget
- Attending customer complaints
- Ordering Stock
- Effectively organize stock delivery with the dispatcher
- Daily stock reconciliation
- Dispatching
- Other duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Form 6 pass and having Diploma/Degree in related field
- Having 2-3 years of work experience
- Excellent computer literacy
- MS knowlege
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Must be honest, enthusiastic, reliable and has the ability to multi-task
- Driving license
