Campaign Manager
Our team is looking for an analytical Sales Campaign Manager to plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate various tactical sales campaigns. The Campaign Manager is a subject matter expert in campaign development and go-to-market planning for major trade marketing campaigns at Fiji Airways. You will thrive with minimal direction and provide smart and creative recommendations to address strategy for how we deliver campaigns to our target audiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

Influence cross-functional efforts to drive overall trade marketing communications strategy (go-to-market) for major trade marketing campaigns, as well as other critical business initiatives, making data-driven decisions that are based on audience insight and understanding.

Work with regional sales leads, perform deep, data-driven analysis of businesses and business performance to surface actionable insights.

Lead integrated trade marketing communications briefings and campaign planning, ensuring collaboration and alignment across trade channels and divisions.

Drive agency management for business areas and trade marketing campaigns.

Network effectively across internal teams to distill key functionality and benefits into core trade marketing messages.

Manage execution of initiatives from idea through launch, while setting and continuously managing the right expectations with all relevant stakeholders.

Communicates trade marketing plans and strategy to all levels within the organization.

Lead the development of trade marketing campaigns promoting various product lines from a strategic, media and creative standpoint.

Manage and be accountable for the production of trade marketing campaigns for B2B audiences.

Monitor and analyze the performance of each promotional campaign.

Ensure brand guidelines are respected throughout all touchpoints.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree with a focus in business administration, trade marketing, or a related discipline, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree.

Minimum 4-5 years relevant trade marketing experience.

Collect and leverage customer insights to inform trade marketing strategy.

Ability to easily transition from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution.

Adapt quickly, work independently, manage priorities and work under pressure.

Interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive outcomes with others in the organization including senior leadership.

Experience working with Jira Project Management system and asset.
