CAREER ROLE – PORT MORESBY BRANCH
PNG Motors has an immediate opening for a full-time Secretary to join our team. Candidates preferably have 2 years of dealership office experience, be organized, highly motivated with good work ethics, good communication skills, and can multitask. Must be professional, well-groomed, trustworthy and creative, with the ability to be a problem-solver and a self-thinker. Reports directly to Branch Manager.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Understands and complies with National, Provincial, and Local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and Finance departments
Assist with implementing online Marketing campaigns
Assist in implementing new office process and procedures
Possess strong interpersonal relationship skills
Perform other Administrative Assistant duties such as correspondence, data entry, filing, photocopying, and email, etc. as required.
Qualifications and Skills
Proficient in use of MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
Experience with ERA Power DMS highly desirable
Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organisational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Excellent customer service attitude Must have basic computer knowledge
