Job Overview
The Barman/Barista is responsible for serving quality beverages to Premier Lounge guests while ensuring a desired level of service at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepares exotic and local beverage cocktails while managing orders efficiently
-
Maintains hygienic beverage service at all times
-
Responsible for completing opening and closing bar procedures
-
Ensures a desired level of service is provided when greeting and interacting with guests
-
Responsible for managing stock ensuring stock take processes are completed effectively and efficiently, and as scheduled.
-
Ensures minimum wastage at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
-
Must have a tertiary qualification in Food & Beverage
-
Must have a minimum of 2-years of experience in a similar role
-
Must be skilled in a range of Espresso Coffee, and basic and specialty cocktails

Must be able to communicate effectively
-
To hold a recognised HACCP qualification will be an advantage
-
To have a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate will be advantage
-
Must be able to work flexible hours / days
-
Must be able to adhere to Fiji Airways uniform and grooming standards
