BTR (Fiji) Pte Ltd, an outsource business service based in Nadi is currently recruiting for full time Appointment Setters for one of its clients based in Australia.
Overview:
Our client has over 10 years of success in building, developing, marketing and selling-off the plan apartments across Australia. If successful, your role as an Associate will play a vital role in the success of the business by contacting potential clients, following up on enquiries and scheduling appointments for Sales Consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound calls to marketing qualified leads from the companies CRM Database
- Genuinely understand our customers to identify their interests, needs and motivations to purchase a property
- Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our projects, products, procedures, policies, and services
- Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services
- Provide property advice, knowledge and guidance to consumers to help them navigate the Australian property market
- Scheduling consultations between the prospective client and a Sales Consultant
- Keeping a detailed log of calls and notes in our CRM
Requirements
- Passionate about the Australian Property market
- Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role
- Top-notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette
- A professional and courteous disposition
- Persuasive and results-oriented
- Enthusiastic, Fun Loving & Confident Personality
