Administration Manager

The Administration Manager is responsible for the overall office administration, operations and maintaining a positive working environment in our Fiji Offices. This includes managing the internal fim services team and supporting the various lines of service in the day-to-day functioning through general office support, financial management, program and administrative support.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in office business administration or management (will be advantageous).
  • At least 5 years of work experience in carrying out administrative/office supervisory roles
  • Ability to work under pressure, flexibly and adjust to changing needs.
  • Good planning, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and management skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, attention to detail and willingness to gain an excellent knowledge of PwC policies and procedures.
  • Sound understanding of managing budgets.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation to work with a number of teams and projects.
  • Coach others, recognise their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft and Google applications.
  • A strong work ethic with a focus on accountability that ensures that the team delivers quality outcomes.
