Job Overview


The Administration Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and recruitment support to the finance team. This role will work with the finance management team to ensure all recruitment tasks are completed in a timely manner. The role is also responsible for providing support to the management team in assisting in the daily office needs and managing general administrative activities. You will also be responsible for running the finance graduate trainee, internship and the finance talent pool program.


  • Coordinates hiring activities with the HR and Finance Management team.
  • Prepare consolidated job advertisements for Finance roles.
  • Assist with on-boarding of new hires.
  • Update Finance manpower files and provides updates on recruitment.
  • Coordinates the process for invoice payment approvals.
  • Prepares and coordinates process for budget spend approvals.
  • Maintains electronic and hard copy filing system.


  • Degree in Management or Human Resources.
  • 2 years’ relevant work experience.
