Summary of Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
o Raising Purchase Orders Posting Supplier Invoices
o Reconciling Supplier Accounts to Statements
o Verifying the Supporting Documents and Preparing Payment Vouchers, cheques for approval and signing
o Preparing and reconciling the intercompany payments
o Preparing and payments of the statutory payments
o Assisting with month end process
o Supporting day to day finance and accounting operations.
o Complete ad hoc and specific tasks assigned by the accountant or Senior Management
Qualifications & Experience:
The candidate must be a fresh accounting or finance graduate. At least one year of experience in the similar role and working knowledge in accounting software would be an added advantage; followings are essential for this role.
o MS Office Skills (Excel, Word)
o Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-tasks
o Good Attention to details
o Ability to act confidentiality and discretion
o Sound communication skills
o Willingness to learn and Can-do attitude
