Job Overview
- Conduct stock takes and audit tasks as assigned
- Examine, test and evaluate policies, procedures and systems which are in place as per company policies
- Undertake special reviews/audits and investigations as and when required
- Prepare audit reports highlighting issues, variances and areas of improvement
- Investigate variances and provide final reporting on resolution attained
- Assist with other related administration duties as assigned
Requirements:
- A matured individual with at least Diploma or similar education background
- Able to work as per audit plan requirement and flexible with working hours
- Minimum 1 year experience is required (Past Work Experience)
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills. Maintain confidentiality & integrity.
- A high degree of interpersonal skill, communication ability (written & orally) and professional presentation
- Physically fit-able to lift and move goods
