Our 5-star resort opened in September 2024 and includes 142 bungalows, 3 restaurants, 3 bars, 24-hour room service, a spa, and an eco-center. Illustrating our commitment to the well-being of our guests, our Heavenly Spa by Westin allows our guests to pamper their body and mind with an individual sensory experience.

Become an Ambassador for our SPA and promote our philosophy by joining our 5-star hotel. Under the supervision of our SPA Complex Director (who also oversees the St. Regis Bora Bora and The Westin Bora Bora) and our SPA Manager, your responsibilities as a Wellness Coach will include the following:

Yoga and sports classes

  • Plan yoga classes and adapt them to participants in collaboration with the concierge.

  • Plan the room and equipment according to the sessions.

  • Create Yoga classes (Yoga Nidra - Hatha Yoga - Power Yoga....).

  • To ensure customer satisfaction and their safety during the course.

  • Offering Paddle Yoga sessions   in the lagoon.

  • Medicine ball practice.

  • Singing bowl practice.

  • Providing a  variety of sports classes  for our clients.

 

Activity monitoring and analysis

  • Providing reception, sales, advice and services (facial treatments, body treatments, manicures, pedicures…).

  • Mastering and applying LQA and Forbes standards for each client.

  • Monitoring of reception procedures, cancellation policies and luxury standards.

  • Full software management.

  • Management and development of the customer database.

  • Listening to clients to determine their needs and expectations for care.

  • Explain precisely how each step of the treatment takes place.

  • Anticipate customer needs. Build customer loyalty.

  • When the spa's operations require it, may be called upon to replace the spa receptionist.

 

Hygiene and Safety:

  • Respect the dress code and personal presentation appropriate to one's professional activity and the hotel's brand image.

  • Prepare your workstation while respecting environmental factors.

  • Ensure the perfect organization of the cabin (hygiene, grooming, elements necessary for the performance of the treatment, ambient perfume, music), the cultural codes of the treatment, the hygiene and safety rules.

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards for treatment rooms and equipment.

  • Spa maintenance (hygiene and safety, linens, decoration…).

  • Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and installations, and communicate any malfunctions to his/her hierarchical superior and the technical department.

  • Respect the sustainable development approach within the hotel.

 

Aesthetic care techniques (is a plus):

  • Participate occasionally in the reception/welcoming of the wellness area (training provided).

  • Performing  wellness massages  (training in home protocols if necessary).

  • Perform aesthetic techniques for well-being, comfort, and massage* while respecting the brand's protocols and signature treatments.

  • Knowledge: Meditation, yoga, Ayurvedic treatments...

 

Sale :

  • To advise on and sell spa-specific products and services.

  • Identify the needs of your clientele and define a personalized care program as well as the appropriate products

 

Management :

  • Is responsible for the organization of his cabin.

  • Monitoring of customer records (health questionnaire).

 

Relationships, hierarchy and brigade:

  • Follow the instructions, care schedules, and schedules established by the head of department and his/her deputy.

  • Participate in daily briefings and debriefings, as well as monthly meetings.

  • Contribute to creating a good working atmosphere.

  • Communicate and cooperate closely with other hotel departments.

  • Report all complaints or malfunctions to your superiors.

 

Desired profile

  • Certification in Therapeutic Yoga and/or associated disciplines (Pilates, Vinyasa, etc.).

  • Proficient in English.

  • Ability to supervise groups in a high-end setting.

  • Prior experience in a hotel or luxury environment is a plus.
