We are seeking an energetic, guest-focused Water Sports Supervisor to lead our water-based recreation activities. You’ll ensure all activities are run safely, efficiently, and in line with resort standards — while making sure our guests have the time of their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all guest water-sports and beach-based activities according to the daily schedule.
- Lead and support the team at the water-sports bure, ensuring smooth, safe, and timely operations.
- Monitor and maintain all water-sports equipment, ensuring it is clean, safe, and in good working order.
- Train and mentor Activities team members to maintain high standards of service and safety.
- Manage rosters, staff performance, and operational adjustments when needed.
- Liaise with external contractors for marine and recreational activities, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment use and guest participation.
- Provide hands-on support for resort activities, including evening entertainment programs when require.
Qualifications
- Current MSAF qualifications.
- Current Mind That Child qualification preferred.
- Current First Aid/CPR qualification.
- Ability to connect with a wide range of guests and children.
- Excellent knowledge of local marine conditions.
- Good judgement and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Previous experience running a guest or recreational activity program is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills including the confidence to speak in a group situation.
