About the Role:

The Warehouse Supervisor will be based at Pactrade (Tonga) Limited, Nuku'alofa, Tonga and will be responsible for overseeing the general operations of a warehouse including Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.

• Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely dispatch and delivery of goods and materials.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.
• Organize and maintain storage area and adequate inventory levels.
• Conduct periodic Stocktake and ensure inventory transaction accuracy, checking orders, bills, items received, inventory and deliveries.
• Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds and coordinate and maintain fleets and equipment.
• Maintain necessary documentation and records including cash balancing etc.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers and provide monthly reports.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Logistics, supply chain or business administration.
• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
• Highly effective supervisory skills and hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and MS Office proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
