WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Role Description:
CJ Patel (Pacific) Limited, Fiji’s largest distributor of locally manufactured and imported Fast Moving Consumer Goods company seeks to recruit dynamic, resourceful, and performance-oriented candidates to join our Logistics Team who can add value to the business in a challenging environment. These positions are based at our Ba Warehouse.

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and stock control using WMS or other inventory systems.
• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance targets and safety standards.
• Implement and maintain health and safety protocols.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with company policies and service level agreements.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales departments for smooth order fulfillment.
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiency within warehouse operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role, preferably in FMCG or high-volume distribution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good working knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory systems.
• Forklift license (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work shifts or weekends if required.
