CONTRACT

Fixed-term contract of 6 months, full-time, position to be filled as soon as possible.

Missions

Join the opening team of The Westin Bora Bora Resort & Spa!

Our 5* resort opened in early September and includes 142 bungalows, 3 restaurants, 3 bars, 24-hour room service, a spa and an ecological center.

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, and in accordance with the regulations and procedures of the Westin Bora Bora Resort & SPA, you will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment and technical installations in the village, the regular inspection of accommodations and furniture provided, as well as monitoring stock, orders and the application of rules of conduct by residents.

As a Village Personnel Agent, your duties will include the following:

Maintenance

• Monitor and implement the necessary repairs to ensure the proper condition and functioning of the Staff Village infrastructure.

• Execute all intervention requests made by the Human Resources Director according to the given day and time.

• To be responsible for the cleanliness of unoccupied accommodations and the proper functioning of all equipment present.

• Keep the log related to interventions.

Village Maintenance

• Ensure the cleanliness of all Staff Village common areas: including the laundry room, relaxation room, sports facilities, beach, walkways…

• Keep up-to-date inventories of furniture, dishes and white linen made available to residents.

• To be in charge of orders and their follow-up, of supplies made available to residents and of the technical equipment necessary for the maintenance of the villages.

• Manage the maintenance of residents' household linen.

• Ensure that residents comply with village rules and report any violations to the Human Resources Director.

• To propose and implement actions to improve community life in villages.

Arrival and departure management

• Coordinate all onboarding activities for new recruits (job descriptions, arrival documentation) as well as the coordination of accommodation arrangements for the employees concerned, in conjunction with the HR Coordinators.

• Welcoming new residents by introducing them to the facilities of the Staff Village, as well as their new accommodation by conducting a detailed inventory with them.

• Check the general condition of the accommodation before the resident arrives and upon the resident's departure by carrying out an entry or exit inventory with the resident.

• Perform pick-ups for associates at the request of the Human Resources Director.

Compliance

• Assist management in HR audits.

• Maintain up-to-date tracking systems to ensure the accuracy and compliance of the data collected.

• Prepare and revise written documents (e.g., internal communications, memos, reports), including proofreading and editing written information to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Desired profile

• Graduated with a BTS, DUT, or a Bachelor's degree, you have 1 year of experience in an administrative or reception field, preferably in the hotel industry.

• You know how to use Microsoft Office.

• You possess certain skills in maintenance (carpentry, electricity, air conditioning…).

• You are organized by nature and have a positive attitude, and you enjoy the prospect of taking care of a shared living space.

Position subject to several years of residence in French Polynesia for recruitment.

Local Employment Protection Act in effect since October 1, 2022
