MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR:
- Must have strong understanding of all building systems (electrical, heating, etc).
- Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations.
- Diploma or degree in engineering majoring in either electrical, RAC or Civil engineering.
- Minimum of 4-5 years experience in a similar role.
ASSISTANT HOUSEKEEPER:
- Must be able to hire, train and plan department work schedules while assisting the team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry with relevant qualification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
ELECTRICIAN:
- Must ensure all electrical works at the hotel is up to required hotel standard.
- Have trade qualification in electrical engineering.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of work experience.
- Valid driver's license
- EFL wireman's license would be an added advantage.
NIGHT AUDITOR:
- Must be able to perform end-of-day accounting tasks and overnight front desk duties.
- Have diploma certification in hospitality from a recognized institute.
- At least 1 to 2 years of work experience
- Knowledge on MS Office program.
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
MAINTENANCE STOREMAN:
- Must be able to manage all stock records and movements in the department.
- Have diploma certification in Hospitality/Accounts with at least 1-2 year's experience in the tourism industry.
- Knowledge on MS Office program.
- Ability to work on weekends
