You will be housed, fed and have your laundry done within the employees' village.
Your Missions:
Under the supervision of the Government:
- You will be responsible for cleaning the villas according to the service's procedures and quality standards.
- You restock the villas with clean linen, toiletries…
- You inform the Government of any damage observed or any "abnormal" situation
- You respond to requests from our guests within your area of responsibility.
- You report the guests' requests to the Governors
Profile :
For this position, we are looking for someone with experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector. You already have experience in a similar position. You are organized, meticulous, and in good physical condition. As the primary point of contact for our guests, you are a good listener, diplomatic, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
Interpersonal skills: ensures respect for customer privacy, discretion and team spirit, strict adherence to grooming procedures.
Skills: a strong sense of service and cleanliness, efficiency and speed of execution
