TEMPORARY RESERVATION AGENT (Island- Based, 3 months)
Vomo Island Resort is seeking a Temporary Reservations Agent to join our team for a 3- month assignment. This role is island based and ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a passion for hospitality. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring smooth and efficient reservation process while delivering the exceptional guest service Vomo is known for.
Manage reservation bookings via telephone, email and online platforms with professionalism and
accuracy
Provide friendly, prompt, and efficient service while maximising sales opportunities
Maintain and update guest databases with accuracy
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word and use of spread sheets is required
Ability to work unsupervised and to liaise with clientele of all levels
2-3 years experience in a similar role
Knowledge of Micros Opera Reservations system
Excellent written & spoken English
Strong computer skills, especially in spread sheets
Excellent personal presentation and willingness to live on island (meals & accommodation
provided)
