Looking for a TECHNICAL SALES ASSISTANT
To ensure the administrative management of the sale of products and services on a commercial and technical level
Your responsibilities:
- Manage customers and prospects: inform them, advise them and record orders on the internal software
- Contact prospects and organize service planning for technicians
- Ensure follow-up of invoice payments and after-sales service returns
- Control stock and anticipate and trigger factory orders]
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree + 3 years of successful experience in a similar position
- Mastery of the office pack essential: EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK…
- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- English, French and Bichelamar spoken fluently
- Excellent presentation, and very good interpersonal skills
- Rigorous, methodical and organized
- Great autonomy, responsiveness and dynamism
