Sustainability & Security Executive

As the Sustainability & Security Executive you will have a dual reporting role directly to the Operations and General Manager. This role involves the development, implementation and maintenance of an integrated management system that ensures best practice performance in EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) management, with ESG (Environment, Social & Governance) being front and center of our global priorities. In addition to this you will be responsible for all security protocols for the company.

Key Accountabilities

• Consolidation of ESG & EHS performance data for reporting.
• Ensure controls and solutions for all EHS risks follow local regulations.
• Analyzes data to identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities.
• Implement proactive and efficient measures to mitigate identified risks.
• Carry out risk assessments on any potential threats to company personnel, assets and business
  operations are properly identified, evaluated, and countered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Provide professional and dynamic support implementing business continuity, information
  security and other security plans.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Minimum Bachelor in Science and Environmental discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sustainability and Security management.
• Familiar in general factory standard such as EHS & manufacturing system/automation.
• Adequate knowledge on problem solving skills and general factory standard such as 5S, EHS &
  Good manufacturing practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with all stakeholders.
• You must be fluent in written and verbal communications in English and Samoan.
