ALL JOBS FROM AROUND THE PACIFIC

We are looking for an enthusiastic & energetic person with a strong work ethic, willing to support the Surfing Manager and be an integral member of our Surfing Team at Six Senses Fiji.

Key Responsibilities:

• teaching individuals of all ages and skill levels how to surf or improve their existing surfing techniques
• prepare guests for a safe experience by providing through introductions to equipement and safety requirements
• providing both theoretical and practical lessons and fostering a supportive and encouraging learning environment
• explain and demonstrate proper equipment care
• prepare and clean up materials and equipment
• monitor changing weather and ocean conditions and make appropriate decisions
• meeting guest needs and queries

To Qualify:

• minimum form 6 secondary education
• experience in meeting high end guests demand would be desirable
• previous experience in a Resort is preferred but not madatory
• surf coaching experience would be an advantage
