S. Nagindas & Company Pte Limited is a Market Leader in Fiji’s Clothing Retail with 14 Stores in Fiji. We are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to join S Nagindas Retail Shops based at various locations based across Fiji.

We are Looking For Store Supervisor : Suva/Nadi/Lautoka

Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient service to customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
Product Knowledge: Being knowledgeable about products allows cashiers to address customers and promote products
Oversee Sales Assistants: Supervise daily activities, guide and mentor Sales Assistants to maintain high performance
and productivity.
Assist in reaching the sales targets set by management.

REQUIREMENTS:
•    Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles, preferably in the fashion industry.
•    Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle complex customer interactions.
•    Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
•    Sound knowledge of MS Office applications
