Steward

This role reports to the Lounge Manager and is responsible for delivering a desired level of service by ensuring back of house functions are organised according to established standards.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Must have successfully completed Form 6 or at least 2 years work experience in similar role.
• Previous experience or production kitchen hand experience would be an advantage.
• Must have basic hygiene and safety knowledge including the proper use of PPEs, basic safe and work methods.
• Be able to work a shift pattern and flexible with working hours.
• Well-groomed with a high standard of professional presentation
