Your Day-to-Day:
Every day is different, but your main responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation in all spa public areas, adhering to hotel standards.
- Following OH&S standards and completing relevant training to stay updated on safety procedures and equipment use.
- Ensuring comprehensive knowledge of all spa public areas and maintaining cleaning schedules aligned with COVID-19 guidelines.
- Effectively handling emergencies as they arise.
- Attending and contributing to departmental meetings.
- Assisting guests with information about hotel programs, events, and spa services.
- Escorting guests to designated spa areas as requested.
- Completing tasks as assigned by management and escalating major complaints as needed.
- Operating all equipment safely and responsibly.
- Monitoring and replenishing stock levels.
- Supporting sustainability initiatives by recycling where possible.
- Preparing pre- and post-service offerings, including infused teas and detox drinks.
- Conducting audits of guest locker keys and ensuring alignment with brand standards.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, luxury setting.
- A warm, outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills, including MS Office.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and a commitment to resolving guest issues promptly.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
