We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced personnel to join our dynamic team based at Vuda Point, Lautoka.
The successful applicant must possess the following attributes:
Site Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage construction activities on site to ensure work is completed as per plans, specifications, and schedule.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and resolve site issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Monitor quality control and health & safety compliance on site.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials.
- Conduct site measurements and assist in preparing as-built drawings.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in construction or civil works.
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Valid Group 2 or higher driver’s license preferred.
