Transfield Building Solution Fiji Pte Limited is a leading construction and civil works company committed to delivering high-quality projects across Fiji.

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced personnel to join our dynamic team based at Vuda Point, Lautoka.

The successful applicant must possess the following attributes:

Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage construction activities on site to ensure work is completed as per plans, specifications, and schedule.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and resolve site issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Monitor quality control and health & safety compliance on site.
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials.
• Conduct site measurements and assist in preparing as-built drawings.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in construction or civil works.
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Valid Group 2 or higher driver’s license preferred.

Remuneration:
