Captain Cook Cruises Fiji is a leading expedition cruise line operator in Fiji, renowned for its exceptional service, stunning destinations, and unforgettable guest experiences. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Shore Side Manager to join our team and ensure seamless shore-side operations and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all shore-side operations, including movement of provisions, guest services and rostering.
• Coordinate with local vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
• Handle guest inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with onboard management to synchronize shore and shipboard activities.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of shore-side facilities and services.
• This is a land-based position based at Port Denarau

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Food & Beverage managerial role within the travel, hospitality, or cruise industry.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to write comprehensive reports as required
• Ability to travel between Nadi and Lautoka
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
