We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to take on the role of Service and Installation Scheduler/Estimator. In this dynamic position, you’ll be responsible for scheduling service technicians, preparing cost estimates for installations and maintenance, and coordinating logistics to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. A strong focus on customer satisfaction is key. To succeed in this role, you’ll need excellent organizational skills, a solid technical understanding of LPG systems, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning and scheduling daily service and installation jobs for technicians;
- Liaising with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates;
- Monitoring job progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines and customer expectations;
- Conducting site assessments to determine scope of work;
- Preparing accurate estimates for LPG installations, upgrades and maintenance service;
- Providing timely professional quotations to customers;
- Maintaining clear and professional communication with customers throughout the service lifecycle;
- Resolving scheduling conflicts and customer complaints promptly and effectively;
- Maintaining detailed records of scheduled jobs, projects, completed work and customer feedback;
- Tracking of technician performance and job completion rates;
- Assisting in preparing monthly reports and KPI for management review.
REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:
- The successful candidate must have a Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field with a minimum of 2 years experience in scheduling, estimating, or coordination roles in LPG, plumbing or energy sector.
- Knowledge of LPG systems, safety standards and installation practices is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating;
- Proficiency in Microsoft and CRM system;
- Excellent organization and time management skills:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- A valid Group 2 License is a must;
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
